我們承諾遵守香港法例第 486 章《個人資料（私隱）條例》（下稱「條例」）的規定，並致力落實條例中的保障資料原則。

  • 交易及財務資料： 信用卡/扣賬卡資料（通常由第三方支付網關處理，我們僅保留部分資訊或交易憑證）、購買紀錄、捐款紀錄。

  • 技術及瀏覽資料： IP 地址、瀏覽器類型、設備識別碼、瀏覽紀錄、Cookies 數據。

  • 其他資料： 閣下的興趣偏好、意見反饋、參與問卷調查的資料。

若閣下未能提供標示為必須填寫的資料，我們可能無法為閣下提供相關服務或完成交易。

To provide our services to you (including but not limited to membership registration, ticketing transactions, art purchases, and event registration), we may request you to provide certain personal data. The types of data we collect may include:

  • Personal Identification Data: Name, gender, date of birth (for age verification or birthday privileges), and nationality.

  • Contact Details: Email address, telephone number, mailing address, and delivery address.

  • Account Data: Username, encrypted password, and membership ID.

  • Transaction and Financial Data: Credit/debit card information (usually processed by third-party payment gateways; we only retain partial information or transaction receipts), purchase history, and donation records.

  • Technical and Browsing Data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, browsing history, and Cookies data.

  • Other Data: Your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

If you fail to provide data marked as mandatory, we may be unable to provide you with the relevant services or complete your transactions.

 

收集資料的目的 Purposes of Data Collection

我們收集及使用閣下的個人資料，主要用於以下目的：

  1. 提供服務與運作： 處理閣下的會員註冊、管理帳戶、處理訂單（包括門票、藝術品或商品）、安排送貨及提供售後服務。

  3. 會員管理： 處理會籍申請、積分累計、獎賞兌換及會員專屬活動的安排。

  5. 分析與改善： 進行數據分析、市場研究，以了解用戶行為，從而改善我們的網站內容、產品選擇及用戶體驗。

We collect and use your personal data primarily for the following purposes:

  1. Service Provision and Operation: To process your membership registration, manage your account, process orders (including tickets, artworks, or merchandise), arrange deliveries, and provide after-sales services.

  2. Communication and Customer Service: To respond to your inquiries, complaints, or feedback; to send administrative notices regarding service changes or policy updates.

  3. Membership Management: To process membership applications, point accumulation, reward redemption, and arrangements for member-exclusive events.

  4. Marketing and Promotion (Direct Marketing): Subject to your consent, to send you news, offers, and information regarding our exhibitions, events, products, and services.

  5. Analysis and Improvement: To conduct data analysis and market research to understand user behavior, thereby improving our website content, product selection, and user experience.

  6. Security and Legal Compliance: To prevent fraud, ensure network security, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, or requirements from regulatory authorities.

 

個人資料的披露與轉移 Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data

我們會對閣下的個人資料保密，但在以下情況下，我們可能會將資料披露或轉移予第三方（無論在香港境內或境外）：

直接促銷 Direct Marketing

我們希望與閣下保持聯繫，分享最新的藝術資訊及優惠。

  • 徵求同意： 我們只會在獲得閣下明確同意（或表示不反對）的情況下，使用閣下的姓名及聯絡方式進行直接促銷。

  • 促銷內容： 可能包括展覽資訊、藝術品推介、會員活動、籌款活動或合作夥伴的推廣優惠。

  • 取消訂閱： 閣下有權隨時免費要求我們停止將閣下的個人資料用於直接促銷。閣下可以透過宣傳電郵中的「取消訂閱」連結，或聯絡我們的保障資料主任提出要求。

We wish to stay in touch with you and share the latest art news and offers.

  • Consent: We will only use your name and contact details for direct marketing purposes if we have obtained your explicit consent (or indication of no objection).

  • Marketing Content: This may include information on exhibitions, artwork recommendations, membership events, fundraising activities, or promotional offers from our partners.

  • Opt-out: You have the right to request us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing at any time, free of charge. You may do so by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in our promotional emails or by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

未成年人私隱 Privacy of Minors

本平台主要面向成年人。我們不會在知情的情況下收集未滿 18 歲人士的個人資料。如閣下未滿 18 歲，請在父母或監護人的陪同及同意下使用本平台及提供資料。

Our Platform is primarily intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please use our Platform and provide data only with the accompaniment and consent of your parent or guardian.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data held by us.

  • Request correction of any inaccurate personal data.

To exercise the above rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer in writing. We may charge a reasonable administrative fee for processing data access requests.
